Despite the controversy, many cigarette smokers are still choosing “electronic smoking” over real smoking. Many of those smokers have reported improvements in their health. And others have reported quitting smoking altogether. Oh yes, I thought the nicotine relieved stress but it actually created stress and not being able to smoke in so many places in this day and age is very stressful for most smokers.You want to lose weight, poison yourself and the pounds will drop. You want to relax and fight depression, I really believe a person can find better ways without torturing their body. Look at the people that don’t smoke, they seem to be able to handle all these situations at ease.
Do you really believe a person should wear a seat belt while driving a vehicle? Statistics show that more lives are saved by wearing a seat belt and yet there are case that seat belts do kill people. There may be the odd case where cigarette smoking may help you and I suppose it’s your choice and today, it’s still legal to smoke in certain places, but it doesn’t make sense to hurt your body this way, as there is so much proof out there as to what kind of damage a smoker experiences, why would you continue if you could stop smoking.

They say that smoking is the cure-all for tension. It seems to work every time, does it not? Your boss does something unreasonable; you grab a smoke to chill out. You could be grooving around town, listening to all of your favorite tunes after only two weeks. Or you could get those concert tickets you’ve been dreaming about but didn’t have the money for. Or you could take your significant other out for dinner and a movie, with some money left over. Just think of what one hundred extra dollars every two weeks could do for your budget. It would be like giving yourself a one dollar per hour raise. That’s incredible.
In one month, you’d have two hundred dollars saved from not smoking. Two hundred dollars is almost a car payment. You could take your family out for pizza every week and start a new tradition. You could let your wife get a much deserved massage twice a month. Or you could hire both of yourselves personal trainers!
There’s a lot of thing that you could do with the money that you would save from not smoking. And no matter what you did decide to spend it on, it would be a better choice than wasting it on cigarettes.
